Actions to Take About Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Time limit for accepting returns
Refunds within 30 days of delivery.
You can contact us at service@babyepoch.com before initiating a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
Applicability of returns and refunds
Here are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to customer’s error is returned at the customer’s risk and return shipping costs are also borne by the customer. We will issue a partial refund based on the extent of damage to the item or missing parts.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to our fault will be returned at our expense with return shipping and will be refunded or exchanged in full.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will determine the amount of the refund based on the damage of the item and then negotiate with you. Finally, according to the refund amount, the amount will be returned to the original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue chargebacks.

Delayed or lost refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 3 business days, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

About refund application steps

  1. Contact us via email at service@babyepoch.com within 30 days of delivery and submit a receipt or proof of purchase for your item.
  2. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
  3. Shipping

    Our responsibility (please send it to me by cash on delivery, the shipping cost is our responsibility)
  4. After the goods arrive at our side, we will inform you that the goods have arrived.
  5. After the goods arrive, we will judge the amount of refund according to the damage of the goods, and then contact you by email, please make sure that the mailbox is normal.
  6. After confirming the refund amount, we will refund it to the original account within 3 working days.
