Check your login details carefully. Make sure the email address is the same one you used for registration, and the password you entered is correct. Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies. It might be a problem caused by Baby Epoch system maintenance; please wait 15 minutes and try again. If you are still not able to access your account, please clicking here to contact our Customer Service and outline the problem.

If you forgot your password, just click the "Forgot your password?" link on “sign in” Page and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password.

Log in to your account. Locate the “Change Password ” option on the left corner and click it to reset your password.

The billing address should be the same address you provided to your bank when you applied for your credit/debit card; the shipping address is the one you want us to ship the order to.

Register for a customer account on BabyEpoch.com. Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the website. Some special activities will also feature coupon giveaways. Coupons are a great way to save money.

Make sure the coupon has not expired. During the checkout process, go to your shopping cart. Enter the full promotion code and click "APPLY". You can only use one coupon code per order.

If you have a coupon that is not working and you do not know why please contact our Customer Service and outline the problem.

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

Just follow the instructions below.
1. Choose the size, color, quantity of the items you want and “ADD TO CART”.
2. Once you have your desired items in your CART, simply click the “CHECK OUT NOW” button to continue.
3. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create a new account.
4. Complete the Shipping address, choose the shipping and payment method.
5. Enter any discount coupon codes that you may want to use to discount the price.
6. Click "confirm" to finish your order.
7. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order.

The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed during the checkout process. If an item is extremely popular and in limited stock, it might be sold out once you reach the checkout. However, stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. You are therefore encouraged to submit payment as soon as possible.

Once your order is shipped, we can not cancel it directly anymore. However, you can still return your order for a refund. Once we receive the order you returned, we will issue a refund of your purchase.

Tax is charged by Customs offices in destination countries based on their rules and policies. customer is responsible to find out the situation in their country. Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Baby Epoch cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

It depends on the payment method that you used. Usually, the refund time-frame is as below:
1. Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours.
2. Credit card refunds: Between 7-25 business days.
The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates.

Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without a prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. BabyEpoch.com is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong return shipping address, or without the original packing slip. Also, BabyEpoch.com does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please note the following product return requirements:
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt;
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unused;
Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories and embellishments fully intact;
Shapewear, underwear, pajamas and swimwear merchandise can not be returned unless the items are visibly defective.

Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders below $50, shipping costs a flat $6 for all the orders.

If your shipment is from our international warehouses, it is in transit or clearing customs, the information will not be updated until it reaches the next shipping station.
Sometimes the shipping company may not update the package information in time.

When ordering more than one item, these may be fulfilled from different warehouses and sent out in separate packages to accelerate shipping times. Each shipment is given a unique tracking number and you will be notified via Emails. If you receive part of your order first don't worry as the rest will be on its way!
